I am a candidate on the Republican ballot for Mayor of the City of Wooster in the May 2, 2023 Primary. My decision to run was based on my passion for Wooster and vision for its continued success.

The unvarnished fact is that my leadership as the President of City Council for more than 13 years and as a village solicitor for 33 years not only makes me well qualified as Mayor, but is unmatched by my opponent’s meager one year on Council.

I am proud of the progress and economic growth our City has realized while as a member of the City Council.  However, I am not done, and I firmly believe that there is much more we can do together by improving the collaborative efforts between the City and the Wooster community.
